Fun in summer and winter on the Sellaronda
A glistening blue winter sky, almost endless, perfectly prepared slopes and rapid ski lifts, quaint, warm, little mountain shelters with hearty food for skiers, and the continual view out over the unforgettable mountain scenery... this is that skiing holiday! The Sellaronda skiing area starts at the Sellastock plateau and its highest peak, the Piz Boè. On the popular circular skiing excursion you won’t only get to know the snow-white Alta Badia, but also three further excellent valleys and four famous Dolomite passes. A skiing day like this does require a reasonable level of fitness, yet the Sellaronda also has a slope for everyone – long, pleasurable slopes as well as demanding passes and fun mogul slopes. But the Sellaronda doesn’t only dazzle in winter: thousands of cyclists, climbers and hikers enjoy the wonderful mountain landscape in the months free of snow.
