50% reduction for children under 8 years in threebedded room.
The use of wellness center and bike deposit is included in the above prices. The management considers your reservation definitely confirmed only after having received the deposit requested. The exact dates have to be comunicated not later than 30 days before the arrival. In case of a late check in or of an early departure we will charge you the price of the overnight-stay.
On the day of departure, our guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms before 10.00 a.m. The above mentioned prices are valid only for a minimum stay of 3 days.
Apartment:
Weekly change of bed linen is included in the price. Bed and bathroom-linen will be changed also in the middle of the week.
